By accessing or using the Website and by placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Products

The Website offers Lauvée beauty and skincare devices and related accessories. We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, images and specifications accurately. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur. Products are intended for personal cosmetic use only and are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

3. Orders

An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation by email or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded in full.

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when placing an order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to purchase from the Website.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate, unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payments are processed through secure, licensed third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (customs clearance, courier delays, force majeure). For deliveries outside Saudi Arabia, any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancy.

6. Right of Withdrawal, Returns and Refunds

In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that:

•The product has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation;•The product is not excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law (e.g., products made to the Customer's specifications, or products whose nature prevents return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed).

To request a return, contact us at Hello@lauveearabia.com with your order number. Once the return is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the period required by applicable law.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will offer repair, replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, in accordance with Saudi consumer protection regulations.

7. Warranty

Lauvée devices are covered by a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. To make a warranty claim, contact us at Hello@lauveearabia.com with your order number and a description of the issue. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under Saudi law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the Lauvée name and logo, text, images, videos, product designs and graphics — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

10. Personal Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and our Privacy Policy, available on the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Consumers may also submit complaints to the Ministry of Commerce.
